Stephen: It was good to stumble onto your blog. I have traveled or led visitors to the Dodoma region several times since 1999 as part of our Lutheran partnership with the Dodoma Diocese of the ELCT. This has been an interesting journey, including work trips - and its ancillary, buying parts. People here buy crafts there to sell here, support the diocese work there, we have ~ 20 Tanzanian students at Bowling Green State Univ (Ohio), with the vanguard filtering back, incl Naftal Mandi, now teaching at the new St John's Univ. Anyway - blessings to you on your work and experiences! Stuart
